Automatic withdrawals are deducted from your account on the 1st of every  month. Please ensure your credit/debit card information is kept up-to-date to prevent a non-payment fee from being assessed.

If your automatic payment cannot be deducted, a $25 late fee per student will be assessed after 9pm on the 7th. Card declines will incur a $30 fee and automatic withdrawal will be removed for that month.

For those not having monthly tuition automatically deducted, payments are due by the 7th of every month.

A $15 late fee per student will be assessed after the 7th.

If classes have not yet started, you can get a refund of the 1st month’s tuition. If classes have already started, you must submit a class withdrawal form to our office staff, which requires 30 days notice, however, you will not be able to get any refund of payments already made.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for any registered summer sessions. However, we may be able to apply your registration payment towards another summer session.

To ensure a dynamic learning environment, S1D2 may cancel classes with fewer than 3-5 dancers. When we keep a smaller class open and only one dancer attends due to absences, we may reduce the class time for that session only, recognizing that it provides more one-on-one instruction, which reflects a higher level of tuition value.

Yes, there are no refunds or proration for missed or dropped classes. All payments are non-refundable.

Even though recommended ages are listed, we place all children in classes according to skill, ability and improvement, rather than age. If your child is a beginner and/or new to our studio, please contact our staff, and we can help place them in the appropriate class.

In order to register a student for class, the student’s date of birth must be entered into the system first in order to view the appropriate class levels available to them.

If you’re still having issues after entering your child’s birthdate, please call or email us during business hours.

Yes, you must pay at the time of registration. Your child’s spot in class is not guaranteed without payment. We cannot place holds on any available spots in class.

No one is obligated to participate in the end-of-year showcase. When we start choreography for the showcase, everyone participating or not participating in the showcase will be included in the process. However, we encourage everyone to take part in the showcase as it’s a fun way to show your moves at the end of the year!

Registration is still OPEN for REVIVAL Season 14! Showcase performers signup before December 12th!

Non-performing students enroll by January 9th!
