There is a 5 student minimum for each class.

Ballet is the basis of all dance forms. It is perhaps the most demanding, yet rewarding, form of dance. Not only is it beneficial to improve general physical fitness, it also encourages quick thinking and improves memory, thereby integrating mind and body into a harmonious whole being. Ballet carefully develops strength, balance, style, and the physical and mental discipline required for the proper execution of dance movements. Ballet is emphasized at our school as it is a catalyst for progress in all other dance forms. These classes will include barre exercises for warm-ups and technique development, and floor work for basic steps, turns, leaps, and combinations. Each Ballet class will learn a variation to perform in the Spring showcase.
